Hotel Room Cancellations:
**ALL refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method minus 3.5% credit card processing fee for domestic orders and a 5% credit card processing fee for international orders.**

*A $20 flat charge will be applied for any changes on rooms once the room is booked.*

Before September 1st, 2023: Full Refund minus processing fees and $20 change fee
September 2nd – October 1st, 2023 : 50% Refund minus processing fees and $20 change fee
October 2nd – October 24th, 2023: NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION FOR A $20 FEE.
After October 25th: NO REFUNDS, NO NAME CHANGES
