Hotel Room Cancellations:
**ALL refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method minus 3.5% credit card processing fee for domestic orders and a 5% credit card processing fee for international orders.**
*A $20 flat charge will be applied for any changes on rooms once the room is booked.*
Before September 1st, 2024: Full Refund minus processing fees and $20 change fee
September 2nd – September 30th, 2024 : 50% Refund minus processing fees and $20 change fee
October 1st – October 22nd, 2024: NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION FOR A $20 FEE.
After October 22nd: NO REFUNDS, NO NAME CHANGES
